Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the EMET School of Parables™ platform, including its institutional pages, diagnostics, reports, pathways, simulations, programmes, and related materials (collectively, the “Platform”). EMET School of Parables™ is an institution of EMET Leadership Academy.

By accessing or using the Platform — including by joining the waitlist, beginning the diagnostic, enrolling in a programme, or requesting a corporate quote — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.

EMET School of Parables™ provides educational, spiritual formation, leadership development, marketplace excellence, diagnostic, pathway, simulation, and programme resources rooted in the operational wisdom of Christ’s parables.

All content, frameworks, diagnostics, reports, simulations, and pathway recommendations on the Platform are provided for educational, developmental, and formational purposes. They are intended to support reflection, capability formation, and programme progression — not to replace professional advice or spiritual oversight.

Diagnostic results, scores, the Parables Intelligence Quotient™ (PIQ™), maturity bands, and pathway recommendations are reflective and developmental tools — not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice. They are not a diagnosis of any condition and should not be relied upon for any professional decision. Participants should seek qualified professional counsel for any medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or fiduciary matter.

Certain features may require account creation. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of your access credentials, and accept responsibility for activity under your account. EMET may suspend or terminate access for activity that violates these Terms or harms the integrity of the Platform.

The Parables Intelligence Diagnostic™ is offered for personal, developmental, and programme-related use. Results belong to the participant and to EMET as the operator of the diagnostic. Misrepresentation of identity, automated submissions, and attempts to manipulate scoring are prohibited.

Programme enrollments, where offered, are processed through third-party payment providers (including Paystack and Stripe). Pricing, currencies, and programme availability may change. Refund eligibility, deferrals, and substitutions are governed by the programme-specific terms communicated at enrollment.

All frameworks, diagnostics, reports, simulations, pathway logic, names, marks, content, programme materials, and branding — including without limitation EMET School of Parables™, The Parable MBA™, EQUIP Bootcamp™, Verily Verily Intelligence™, the Parables Intelligence Diagnostic™, the Parables Intelligence Quotient™ (PIQ™), Parables Capability Pathways™, the Parables Intelligence Map™, the Bank of Parable Secrets™, and related identifiers — are the proprietary intellectual property of EMET Leadership Academy / EMET School of Parables™ unless otherwise stated.

You may use the Platform for personal, developmental, and programme-related purposes consistent with these Terms. Limited internal use by sponsored institutional cohorts is permitted under their corporate engagement.

You may not copy, resell, reproduce, distribute, scrape, mirror, reverse engineer, decompile, or commercially exploit any portion of the Platform, its diagnostics, reports, frameworks, content, or programme materials without prior written permission from EMET. You may not impersonate other participants, interfere with platform operation, or use the Platform for unlawful, harmful, or defamatory purposes.

Certificates of completion or recognition issued by EMET School of Parables™ acknowledge participation in and completion of formative programmes. They are not equivalent to academic degrees, professional licensure, or accreditation, unless explicitly stated in writing.

The Platform may rely on or integrate with third-party services (e.g., payment processors, hosting, analytics, communications). Use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies, and EMET is not responsible for their conduct.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EMET School of Parables™, EMET Leadership Academy, and their founders, officers, faculty, and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from use of the Platform, its content, its diagnostic results, or any decisions made in reliance on them. The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

EMET may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time. These Terms may be updated as the institution evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or by email; continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction designated by EMET Leadership Academy at full launch. The governing-law jurisdiction will be confirmed in the published version of these Terms before full public paid launch.
